  • We fly to the airport of Manila, then transfer to Puerto Galera via private van and private water taxi

ITINERARY

  • Day 1 Arrive to Manila airport. Private van between Manila (2 -2 ⁄ hour) and Batangas, followed by a 1 hour boat ride (private water taxi ) between Batangas and Puerto Galera

  • Day 6 Transfer from Puerto Galera to Dumaguete

  • Day 11 Airport transfer day. Domestic economy airfare between Dumaguete and Manila with 30kg/66lbs checked luggage, domestic terminal fees, private air conditioned van between domestic terminal and International terminal in Manila.


What do you need for this trip?

  • Diver Certification Card - Advanced Open Water Diver

  • Personal Dive Equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, 5mm wetsuit, computer, mesh bag)

  • Bio-degradable repellent
  • Dress is very casual and traveling light is recommended – swimsuits, shorts, t-shirts, sandals and possibly a sweatshirt or light jacket for the evenings.
  • Hat, sunglasses.
  • If you plan to dive a lot I recommend bringing extra layers, a hooded vest or thicker suit, as during the week you will lose body heat despite the warm water.

Additional information & add ons

  • Suite upgrade $40 per night in Puerto Galera, $35 per night in Dumaguete.
  • Single Occupancy rate $80 per night
  • Nitrox is available at $218 for the entire stay
  • VISA: Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months and that you have an onward or return ticket with you. U.S. and European nationals typically receive a 30-day tourist visa on arrival. For the latest information on visa requirements see: www.immigration.gov.ph.
  • Power at both resorts is 220V. Transformer or 110V are only available in the camera room (with fixed step down transformer). Sockets are flat two or three pin - American style.
  • Both resorts have back-up generators in case of power interruptions.

Reservation and cancellation policy

  • $500 non-refundable deposit per person will hold your space on the trip
  • 2nd down payment: $1,500 on May 2024
  • 3rd payment: $1,000 on December 2024
  • Balance: $1000 on Feb 2025

  • If you are unable to arrive on time to the boat/hotel or are subject to an early departure, there will be a full charge
